The Role of Senior Manager, Brand and Strategic Communication

As the Senior Manager of Brand and Strategic Communication, you will be responsible for overseeing Ejada’s brand strategy and all strategic communications. This full-time position is critical for strengthening the company’s market positioning, ensuring consistent corporate messaging across all platforms, and protecting Ejada’s reputation in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the company’s brand and strategic communications strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, growth priorities, and market positioning objectives.
• Establish brand positioning, messaging, identity guidelines, and governance standards, and ensure their consistent application across all business units and markets.
• Translate the company’s business strategy, technology capabilities, and value propositions into clear and relevant corporate narratives for various audiences.
• Lead communication plans for strategic initiatives, market developments, partnerships, and major corporate announcements.
• Manage corporate reputation, media relations, executive communications, and communication responses to emerging issues.
• Ensure all corporate communications comply with applicable governance, disclosure, confidentiality, and approval requirements.
• Lead the function’s team, manage resources, oversee external partners, administer the budget, and measure performance effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must possess 5 to 10 years of experience in brand management and strategic communication. A proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies is required.
