Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager Development Urban Core to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading the development of a major urban mixed-use precinct, focusing on public realm, retail, F&B, commercial office, lifestyle, civic, mobility, and destination assets.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager Development will provide end-to-end leadership for the Urban Core precinct. This includes guiding development strategy, business planning, design governance, commercial structuring, stakeholder management, investment readiness, and delivery integration. The objective is to ensure the precinct achieves its commercial, operational, placemaking, and long-term value creation goals. The role requires a development professional who can balance commercial outcomes with the creation of urban experiences, fostering activated destinations that support economic growth, community engagement, and sustained asset performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall development strategy and business plan for a large-scale mixed-use precinct.
• Be accountable for development outcomes across the precinct portfolio.
• Establish clear development objectives aligned with Urban Core and broader organizational goals.
• Direct development activities from feasibility through design, procurement, delivery, activation, and operational readiness.
• Drive development decisions that optimize long-term asset value, commercial performance, and placemaking outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in development.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale mixed-use development projects.
• Demonstrated ability to balance commercial objectives with urban experience creation.
