Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Development for its Urban Core projects in Riyadh Province, specifically in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on leading significant mixed-use developments within the Urban Core.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager - Development will lead the end-to-end development of a major Urban Core mixed-use precinct. This precinct will encompass public realm, public spaces, retail, food & beverage, commercial office, lifestyle, civic, mobility, and destination assets. The role involves guiding development strategy, business planning, design governance, commercial structuring, stakeholder management, investment readiness, and delivery integration to meet commercial, operational, placemaking, and long-term value creation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall development strategy and business plan for a large-scale mixed-use precinct.
• Ensure accountability for development outcomes across the precinct portfolio.
• Establish clear development objectives aligned with Urban Core and broader organizational goals.
• Direct development activities from feasibility through design, procurement, delivery, activation, and operational readiness.
• Drive development decisions that optimize long-term asset value, commercial performance, and placemaking outcomes.

Required Experience and Skills

This role requires an experienced development professional with over 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be capable of balancing commercial outcomes with exceptional urban experiences, focusing on creating vibrant, activated destinations that support economic growth, community engagement, and long-term asset performance.
