About the Role

Red Sea Global is seeking a Senior Manager - Quality and Assurance to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is with Coastal Transportation Services Company, a subsidiary focused on providing transportation services within Red Sea Global's destinations. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of practical experience in quality assurance.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this role is to manage the implementation of quality policies and standard operating procedures. This involves aligning with Mobility Co. and RSG corporate, local, and international standards and best practices to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations and regulatory compliance. The Senior Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the Quality Assurance Program implementation, directly supporting guest experience objectives and targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into operational business plans for the Quality Assurance function and monitor their execution.
• Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of the functional budget, identifying areas for improvement.
• Support the acquisition of international standard certifications and maintain quality policies and procedures in alignment with the RSG Management System.
• Oversee Quality Management, Health, Safety & Environment, Risk Management, and Business Resilience within Mobility operations.
• Establish and maintain document control systems to support ISO certification.
• Advise the Mobility Director on necessary changes to meet evolving service delivery standards.
• Monitor quality KPIs to assess goal achievement and assist operations teams with customer complaint investigations.
• Review risks and opportunities, participate in quality-related meetings, and support the development and implementation of Quality Plans.
• Provide technical support to the operations team on quality matters and establish auditing and compliance controls.
• Document evidence of continual improvement, support quality training, and advise on statutory training requirements.
• Conduct quality inspections, audit programs, and assist on accident and incident investigations, ensuring lessons learned are implemented.
• Assist top management with site quality requirements and promote safe workplace practices.
• Support the development and maintenance of Mobility policies, procedures, and contingency plans.
• Apply safety, quality, and environmental management policies and controls.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the Quality function's systems and processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of practical experience in quality assurance.
• A Degree or Diploma in Quality or other allied fields.
• Knowledge of management concepts and principles, including goal setting, planning, and execution.
• Experience working on major programs and projects, preferably with developers.
• Completion of Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor Courses, Six Sigma Qualified/Accreditations, and other quality-related training.
• Strong knowledge of relevant quality standards and principles.
• Knowledge of local regulatory requirements, international standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio, etc.).

Required Skills and Competencies

• Ability to adhere to Company policies, procedures, guidelines, and work requirements.
• Good knowledge of transportation business techniques and the ability to recommend quality and safe work practices.
• Ability to prepare and update quality statistical tracking and trending data.
• Ability to carry out incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Capability to establish a continuous improvement culture and structure across operational areas.
