2P Perfect Presentation is seeking a Senior Microsoft CRM Dynamics Developer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on designing, developing, and maintaining advanced CRM solutions that support business growth and digital transformation initiatives.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will leverage strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. This role requires the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, provide technical leadership, and ensure adherence to best practices in CRM development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, business process flows, and Power Automate flows.
• Customize forms, views, dashboards, reports, and security roles within Dynamics 365.
• Build and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using Web APIs, Azure services, and Middleware tools.
• Lead technical design sessions and provide solution architecture guidance.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Ensure best practices for security, data integrity, and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and QA teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and integrations.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
