The Role: Senior Product Manager, Personal Loans

Tabby is expanding its consumer lending line in Saudi Arabia, its largest market. This full-time role is for a Senior Product Manager, Personal Loans based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, responsible for building this business from the ground up and owning its profit and loss (P&L). This position involves defining the product, its pricing, eligibility criteria, and ensuring compliance, rather than managing a feature.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the lending products to be launched in KSA and other Tabby markets, including eligibility, tenors, limits, repayment structures, and managing all aspects of the product flow.
• Manage the P&L for personal lending products, including revenue and cost, profit rates, and pricing strategies. Develop business cases, commit to financial targets, and provide monthly performance explanations.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and external partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Develop and implement billing and servicing logic, including repayment options, early settlement, late fees, and collections hand-offs. Work closely with engineering to specify detailed requirements.
• Formulate the strategic direction for the personal lending business over 12 and 24 months, identifying target segments, future product developments, and areas to deliberately avoid.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Residency in Saudi Arabia with familiarity with the local market and culture.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a preference for experience in credit or lending products. Strong experience in FinTech or general tech products is also relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex product lifecycles and deliver successful products.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when working with financial products.
• Comfort working with risk, compliance, and legal teams to secure product approvals.
• Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires an individual who can operate effectively in a rapidly evolving FinTech landscape, taking ownership of a critical business line.
