The Role

TestCrew is seeking a Senior Project Manager Oracle ERP Transformation (EBS to Fusion) to lead Oracle ERP transformation initiatives. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and focuses on Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration and implementation projects. The role requires 5-10 years of experience in IT Project Management, specifically within ERP transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Oracle ERP transformation lifecycle, from planning and requirements through implementation, migration, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
• Lead Oracle EBS-to-Fusion transformation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Manage project teams, vendors, implementation partners, and business stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain project governance, plans, RAID logs, risks, issues, and change management.
• Coordinate integration, data migration, testing, UAT, cutover, and Go-Live activities.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and steering committees.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives, IT standards, and Saudi regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience, preferably in ERP transformation.
• Proven experience managing Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects.
• Direct Oracle EBS-to-Fusion transformation/migration experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the full ERP project lifecycle.
• Experience with large-scale digital transformation and enterprise systems.
• Government/public-sector experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Agile certification (PMI-ACP, PSM, PRINCE2 Agile, SAFe, or equivalent) is preferred/required depending on client requirement.
