About the Role

UCC Holding is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is critical for leading and managing complex construction projects from inception through to successful completion. The role requires a professional with a proven track record of over 10 years of experience in construction operations, focusing on strategic planning, execution, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Core Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project delivery, including:

• Developing and implementing detailed project plans, encompassing scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Managing and coordinating project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and execution.
• Monitoring and controlling project budgets, managing expenses, and addressing any deviations promptly.
• Creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and making necessary adjustments for timely completion.
• Overseeing contract management, including negotiation, execution, compliance, and resolution of related issues.
• Maintaining regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Identifying and resolving issues or obstacles during the construction process to keep projects on track.

Quality, Safety, and Risk Management

A key aspect of this role involves ensuring project integrity and compliance:

• Ensuring all work meets required quality standards and complies with project specifications and building codes.
• Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Supporting the implementation of HSE initiatives, participating in safety awareness activities, and contributing to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies.
• Preparing and presenting detailed progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and necessary changes.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction project management, demonstrating the ability to lead complex projects effectively. A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction operations is required, with a proven capability to coordinate diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
