The Role of Senior Project Manager

Squadio is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a dedicated team serving a key Telco account in KSA. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, involves overseeing the daily management and smooth execution of various digital projects. The scope of work includes site launches, online tools, web applications, and advertising campaigns, ensuring operational excellence and timely delivery within the client's environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management for digital initiatives.
• Scope project requirements and prepare detailed budgets.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and continuously monitor progress.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule while meeting quality standards.
• Create essential support documentation, including risk logs and requirement specifications.
• Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics to track project performance.
• Facilitate clear communication within the project team, ensuring all members are aligned with delegated tasks.
• Identify potential risks or malfunctions proactively and implement resolutions.
• Seek opportunities for process improvement and propose new projects to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background as a Software Project Manager, demonstrating the ability to manage complex digital projects effectively. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within the software or IT services sector, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and to specification.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, KSA. The role involves working directly with a key Telco account within the Kingdom, leveraging Squadio's operational model for internal team collaboration.
