The Role: Senior Sales Account Manager Corporate

Innovative Design Agency is seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager Corporate to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires an experienced professional with an established network across corporate sectors, ready to drive commercial growth and manage the full sales cycle from day one. The position is ideal for candidates with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities across diverse corporate sectors, including banking, government, real estate, industrial, and other commercial industries.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and proposal preparation to negotiation and project award.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and presentations that are specifically tailored to client objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Operations, and Client Services teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
  • Represent Innovative Design Agency at client meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • An existing network of decision-makers within corporate sectors in Saudi Arabia.
  • A proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Strong experience selling integrated marketing, branding, events, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Excellent proposal writing, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Currently based in Saudi Arabia.
