About the Role

Carrier, a global leader in HVAC, refrigeration, fire, security, and cold chain solutions, is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This permanent, full-time position focuses on leading technical sales efforts for commercial and industrial HVAC solutions within the Riyadh Region. The role involves driving revenue growth and expanding market share by building client relationships, identifying project requirements, and developing tailored system recommendations to meet customer needs, energy efficiency goals, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical sales for commercial and industrial HVAC solutions, collaborating with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to define project requirements and propose customized system recommendations.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive technical proposals, including equipment selections, cost estimations, and lifecycle value analyses, ensuring alignment with customer objectives, energy efficiency targets, and relevant codes and standards.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, manage key accounts effectively, and support business development initiatives to achieve revenue growth and enhance market presence.
  • Provide expert technical guidance throughout the sales cycle, including product presentations, site assessments, system design reviews, bid support, and coordination with engineering, operations, and service departments.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor offerings, and emerging HVAC technologies to inform sales strategies and achieve annual sales and profitability targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in HVAC sales.
  • Proven sales experience within the Riyadh Region.
  • A strong technical understanding of HVAC standards and applications.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.

Required Skills

  • Technical sales expertise in HVAC solutions.
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and business development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
