The Senior Sales Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, while also building and nurturing long-term client partnerships that support sustainable organizational growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned market segments and key accounts, developing strategic Account Management Plans to identify growth opportunities and maximize revenue potential.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and execute data-driven sales strategies that capitalize on market trends while staying ahead of competitive activity.
• Lead sales presentations, client meetings, and facility tours to showcase our value proposition and convert opportunities into lasting partnerships.
• Develop and mentor junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Analyze market dynamics and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making and maintain competitive advantage.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide transparent reporting on progress toward revenue goals.
• Cross-sell and upsell products and services across the organization's portfolio to maximize client lifetime value.
• Represent the organization professionally at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions, serving as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain detailed and organized CRM records, ensuring accurate client information and sales pipeline visibility.

Required Experience
