KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Manager Saudi National to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position supports a Project Management Office (PMO) engaged in a high-profile infrastructure development. Role Purpose and Scope

The Senior Security Manager is responsible for supporting the management and implementation of the Client’s security policies at both program and project levels. This role provides direct support to the Client, various Project Management Consultants (PMCs), and contractors in assessing and managing security situations related to current and upcoming project scopes. Additionally, the position involves coordinating security for the organization’s Senior Management Team during incidents, emergencies, and crises.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing the organization’s safety and security strategy and policies to ensure high performance standards.
• Conduct on-site training for PMCs and contractors to facilitate the development and implementation of security management plans.
• Serve as a primary advisor to the Client regarding all security matters.
• Contribute to the development of security priorities, ensuring that development safety operations and compliance considerations are integrated into specific project plans and budgets.
• Assist the Client in producing, implementing, and maintaining updated safety and security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Technical Security Management

• Conduct threat and risk assessments for project-specific and overall development risk environments, events, and other designated venues.
• Draft and develop site security plans in accordance with KBR policies and procedures, operational scope, and regulatory or Client requirements.
• Integrate, maintain, and utilize KBR travel management requirements and systems to track employee locations and contact information during high-security risk situations.
• Advise and assist the Client in managing day-to-day security duties, including physical security, special travel, escorts, incident response, reporting, and access control.
• Serve as a coordinator for emergency and employee incidents involving personnel and assets, informing senior management and recommending appropriate response actions.
• Provide technical security advice in consultation with senior management on all security-related matters.
• Conduct security drills and exercises in coordination with the Client and various Project Management Consultants, adhering to global security standards.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a Saudi National with 5-10 years of experience in security management. This role requires an experienced leader capable of modeling KBR’s culture and values, fostering an environment of teamwork, accountability, creativity, and innovation. Demonstrated expertise in security policy implementation, risk assessment, and incident response is essential.
