About the Role

Jumeirah is seeking a Security Supervisor to join the team at Jumeirah The Red Sea. This full-time position is based in Saudi Arabia and is open to Saudi Nationals. The role involves overseeing daily security operations and ensuring the safety and security of the premises and its occupants.

Role Overview

The Security Supervisor is responsible for coordinating security officers, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to established security protocols. This role is central to maintaining a secure environment and responding effectively to incidents and emergencies within the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks and patrol routes to security officers, ensuring coverage of all critical areas.
• Observe team performance, provide feedback, and conduct on-the-job coaching to maintain service standards.
• Monitor access control points, verify identification procedures, and ensure compliance with protocols.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, ensuring proper escalation and documentation.
• Maintain accurate logs of security activities, incidents, and investigations for audit purposes.
• Assist the Duty Manager in implementing security plans for events and VIP movements.
• Ensure readiness of emergency equipment and report deficiencies promptly.
• Work with other departments to resolve security-related concerns and maintain smooth operations.
• Assist in training new security officers on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and emergency protocols.
• Promote a culture of safety and vigilance among team members through regular briefings and awareness programs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Higher secondary education.
• Demonstrated previous experience in supervising or coordinating a team of Security Officers.
• Practical knowledge of access control, security patrols, incident response, emergency procedures, and general security practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English.
