The Role: Senior Site Engineer

Zeoof Projects is seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a strong background in general contracting and construction projects. The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site execution, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, leadership skills, and practical experience in managing multidisciplinary construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and approved schedules.
• Coordinate daily site operations with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards, Saudi regulations, and HSE requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals before execution.
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed according to contractual requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate material deliveries, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization.
• Support project planning, cost control, and resource optimization.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and approvals.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in general contracting and construction projects.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in construction methodologies and project execution.
• Proven leadership skills to manage and supervise on-site teams.
• Hands-on experience managing multidisciplinary construction activities.
