Role Overview: Senior Solutions Architect

The Senior Solutions Architect leads technical pre-sales and customer success efforts across Think AI's commercial footprint, primarily based in Riyadh with regional expansion. This role serves as the technical authority responsible for mapping Think AI Nodes and ILM solutions to customer environments, workloads, and constraints, maintaining daily customer-facing engagement. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical solution design for all major deals, translating customer requirements into winning hardware and software configurations.
• Lead workshops, technical deep dives, and proof-of-concept scoping sessions with customer architects and engineering teams.
• Manage the Solutions Engineer and Customer Support Technician roles, including hiring, development, and maintaining performance standards as the team expands.
• Oversee technical RFP responses, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and a clear point of view.
• Act as a liaison between sales and engineering, communicating customer feedback to the product team and conveying engineering confidence to customers.
• Manage technical onboarding processes and oversee deployments from kickoff through to go-live.
