About the Role

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Senior Specialist – Marketing Business Partner to join their team in Riyadh Province, Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting business units and service lines by translating commercial and operational priorities into targeted marketing initiatives. The role is responsible for executing campaigns, supporting customer acquisition and engagement, managing marketing coordination, and analyzing campaign performance to enhance brand visibility and business outcomes.

Marketing Planning and Business Alignment

The Senior Specialist will partner with assigned business units and service lines to understand their priorities, target audiences, service offerings, and commercial objectives. This involves translating business needs into comprehensive marketing plans, campaign briefs, content requirements, and activation calendars. The role will support the development of annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business growth priorities, ensuring that marketing initiatives are coordinated with service launches, seasonal campaigns, events, and customer engagement activities.

Campaign Execution and Performance Analysis

Responsibilities include planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, on-ground, and internal channels. This entails coordinating campaign timelines, creative requirements, approvals, budgets, and deliverables. The role supports the execution of various initiatives such as service launches, membership campaigns, promotional offers, events, and sports activations. Collaboration with agencies, internal creative teams, media teams, and business stakeholders is essential for timely campaign delivery, ensuring adherence to brand standards, messaging guidelines, and business objectives. Furthermore, the Senior Specialist will analyze customer segments, behaviors, campaign performance, conversion rates, and engagement trends, providing insights to improve customer acquisition, retention, and campaign effectiveness. Monitoring key marketing-related outcomes and preparing campaign performance reports with recommended optimization actions are also key duties.

Brand, Content, and Stakeholder Coordination

The role involves supporting the development of content for various marketing materials, ensuring all materials reflect approved brand identity, tone of voice, and service positioning. Coordination with subject matter experts is required to ensure content accuracy. The Senior Specialist will act as a coordination point between Marketing and assigned business units, managing day-to-day communication with agencies, vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders. Tracking approvals, feedback, and campaign dependencies will ensure smooth execution.

Event and Partnership Marketing Support

This position will support marketing activations for various events and partnerships, including sports events, community programs, and wellness initiatives. Coordination of promotional materials, messaging, customer communications, and post-event reporting will be necessary. The role will work with partnerships and operations teams to maximize reach, participation, and engagement.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. Specific qualifications and skills will be assessed based on the ability to fulfill the responsibilities outlined above.
