About the Role

Adidas is seeking a Senior Specialist Omni Wholesale to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field. The role focuses on leading the development, execution, and optimization of omni-channel marketing and activation strategies within the wholesale channel.

Role Purpose and Context

The Senior Specialist Omni Wholesale is responsible for building plans that drive strong business growth and elevate Brand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This involves close partnership with Key Accounts Sales teams and strategic retail/fashion partners to deliver best-in-class brand experiences and maximize sell-through across various channels.

Account Planning and Execution Responsibilities

• Drive the creation of seasonal account plans, aligning with Global campaign strategy and local key calendar moments.
• Ensure global guidelines effectively meet the omni-channel marketing requirements of accounts.
• Develop plans for additional country or account-specific omni-channel marketing needs.
• Supervise and support specialist omni-channel personnel in account management and marketing plan execution.
• Plan and secure approval for the creation and execution of initiatives in line with brand guidelines for global and local moments.
• Execute the seasonal account marketing calendar to ensure brand success at the point of purchase against agreed KPIs.
• Execute brand concepts, with a focus on key destination doors, in close collaboration with Brand Activation, Sales, and Back to Trade Omni field teams.
• Create bespoke moments for relevant partners based on their category focus.

Omni-Channel Wholesale Planning and Execution

• Forecast and manage budgets based on the seasonal calendar, strategy, and order book.
• Oversee sell-out support budgets, ensuring cross-functional alignment with Sales, Finance, and line management.
• Ensure on-budget delivery and compliance with internal audit requirements.
• Drive best-in-class space management and omni-channel executions.
• Support vendor, supplier, and agency sourcing and training related to Omni Planning & Execution.
• Provide feedback on global toolkits to enhance Wholesale (WHS) execution standards.
• Support the development and rollout of consumer activations across CRM, DPC, social, and partner channels.
• Coordinate Back-to-Trade deliverables with Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) teams, including training, reporting, and implementation.
• Contribute to promotional and traffic-driving initiatives to maximize conversion at retail.
• Communicate localized go-to-market strategy during sell-in and ensure excellence in sell-out execution.
• Support seasonal sell-in presentations and showroom launches in collaboration with MOPS, OMNI, and CTC teams.

Training and Reporting

• Prepare comprehensive reports on the implementation of all omni-channel initiatives.
• Provide detailed budget reporting across all omni-channel executions.
• Deliver training to the Back to Trade Field team and partner store teams.
• Maintain ongoing alignment with the Omni-Channel Manager to ensure seamless account activation.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of professional experience in marketing, brand activation, or a related field, with a strong focus on omni-channel strategies within the wholesale sector. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and drive measurable business outcomes is essential for this role.
