The Role: Senior Specialist, Rewards

Mozn is seeking a Senior Specialist, Rewards to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role involves supporting the design and implementation of rewards strategies and processes, contributing to workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support the design, implementation, and awareness of Rewards Strategies and Processes, including HR frameworks, programs, and policies.
Provide support to business partners and management on matters related to people, rewards structure, workforce planning, and cost management.
Support and revise job descriptions for positions within the company, conducting analysis to determine appropriate salary levels based on compensation guidelines.
Assist in launching the annual compensation assessment and merit award process.
Maintain company structures, procedures, processes, and resource utilization to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with business partners to develop and review workforce plans.
Assist in designing, implementing, and reviewing commission schemes.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations by establishing effective plans to address employee matters.
Produce HR reports on a weekly basis using advanced analytical tools such as Excel and Tableau.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Proficiency in advanced analytical tools for HR reporting (*, Excel, Tableau).
Understanding of rewards strategies, compensation guidelines, and legal regulations related to employee matters.
