Executives Rewards Assistant Manager

About the Role

stc is seeking an Executives Rewards Assistant Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for developing and maintaining the executive compensation and benefits structure, ensuring stc's executive rewards remain competitive within the market. The role also involves creating, maintaining, and implementing financial and non-financial recognition programs for Executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the compensation and benefits structure, including rating scales, salary structures, and benefits strategies, aligned with the grading structure for Executive stc positions.
• Develop and maintain the Executive bonus strategy.
• Develop and maintain Executive total reward packages linked with the grading structure.
• Develop, maintain, and implement financial and non-financial recognition programs for Executives.
• Implement retention programs specifically designed for Executives.
• Participate in job evaluation committee sessions, evaluating STC Executive positions alongside committee members.
• Implement compensation and benefits strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure consistency of the Total Reward offered across all stc Executives.
• Conduct periodic salary surveys and analyze Executive Total Reward surveys within Saudi Arabia and GCC countries.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in compensation, benefits, and executive rewards. The role requires adherence to stipulated business policies and procedures.
