The Role of Senior Tender & Bid Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Tender & Bid Specialist with solid experience in managing the complete tender and bidding lifecycle. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and involves overseeing processes from initial opportunity identification and requirement analysis through to proposal coordination, submission, and post-award procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and identify tender and business opportunities from both government and private-sector entities.
Analyze tender documents, specifications, and requirements to identify key submission criteria.
Coordinate and manage the preparation of comprehensive technical and commercial proposals with relevant internal departments.
Monitor tender timelines rigorously to ensure the timely submission of all bids.
Coordinate effectively with suppliers, consultants, and internal technical, finance, and legal teams to fulfill all tender requirements.
Follow up on company prequalification and registration processes with government and private entities.
Track and manage award and contracting procedures for successful bids.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on tenders, opportunities, and performance metrics.
Contribute to the analysis of tender results and identify areas for process improvement.
Participate in initiatives aimed at improving tender processes and enhancing the overall efficiency of the Tendering function.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in tender and bid management, demonstrating the ability to handle complex processes efficiently.

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in managing tender and bidding processes.
Preferred experience in sectors such as contracting, engineering consulting, technical services, or infrastructure.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic environment, requiring close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
