The Role

The Showroom Sales Representative is a full-time position responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing the entire sales process within the showroom. This role is crucial for achieving sales targets, maintaining an organized showroom environment, and ensuring efficient operations in our Riyadh location.

Customer Engagement and Sales Management

• Provide professional reception and maintain a high level of service for all showroom customers.
• Address customer needs, facilitate goods delivery, and offer comprehensive pre- and post-sales support.
• Guide customers through the showroom, introduce products, secure orders, calculate quantities, and assist with color and product coordination.
• Process invoice issuance and ensure proper goods delivery, coordinating effectively with all showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers.
• Achieve established sales targets in line with the sales plan.
• Process online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, verifying required items and stock levels.

Showroom and Inventory Operations

• Ensure the showroom remains organized and clean at all times, with all marketing tools, such as brochures and catalogues, readily available.
• Maintain adequate stock levels for all items, particularly fast-moving products, by placing orders from warehouses according to minimum and maximum levels and adhering to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) policy to prevent dead stock.
• Report any missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Oversee the arrangement of goods in warehouses in accordance with warehouse policy and procedures to ensure accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during periodic inventory checks.
• Responsible for maintaining overall order and presentation within the showroom.

Reporting and Compliance

• Commit to achieving management goals and implementing required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Submit financial reports to the region accountant as required and ensure daily deposits of sales cash amounts into the company’s account.
• Provide the direct manager with regular reports on competitors' activities and promotions.
• Handle all customer complaints professionally, striving for resolution and reporting them to the direct manager.
• Implement all company policies and instructions.
• Submit periodic reports detailing achievements, identified problems, and failures to the direct manager.

Additional Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.
• Contribute helpful ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and value.
• Execute all assigned activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
