Mimar Al-Qimmah is seeking a Site Engineer Saudi to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to supporting the execution of active construction projects within the region.

The Role of Site Engineer

The Site Engineer will be responsible for supporting day-to-day site execution, quality control, and coordination across multi-discipline activities on active construction projects. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in civil or architectural engineering, providing an opportunity to contribute to project success from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is executed per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Monitor quality, conduct inspections and ITPs, and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and punch lists as needed.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure schedule adherence.
• Prepare and submit Requests for Information (RFIs), shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Track progress, prepare daily and weekly reports, and support look-ahead planning.
• Verify quantities on site, support Bill of Quantities (BOQ) take-offs, and assist in progress billing measurements.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and permit-to-work procedures.
• Support site testing, commissioning readiness, and as-built documentation.
• Assist in procurement follow-ups and material logistics to meet program milestones.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership/registration or eligibility to obtain it.

Work Environment and Expectations

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh. The role requires the ability to work effectively under schedule pressure to ensure project deadlines are consistently met.
