Headquartered in the UAE with bases in India and the UK, the company focuses on transforming clients into data-driven organizations through expertise, partnership, and implementation. This role is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

NeoStats is seeking an experienced SME Digital Payments & Partnerships Manager to support the development, launch, and commercialization of digital payment solutions for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The role primarily focuses on expense management solutions, virtual card issuance, and card controls, with exposure to Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), embedded finance, Pay by Link, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), and multicurrency payment solutions. This is a hands-on role combining partnership development, pre-sales, commercial coordination, solution implementation, and post-launch relationship management within the Saudi Arabian market.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with SME customers and partners to understand payment, expense management, and financial service requirements.
Develop tailored digital payment propositions, including business cases, financial assessments, commercial proposals, and pricing models.
Support pre-sales discussions, solution positioning, and commercial negotiations.
Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with banks, payment processors, fintech companies, and SME ecosystem partners.
Evaluate potential partners based on commercial viability, operating models, and technology integration.
Coordinate partner due diligence, commercial negotiations, contracting, and internal approvals.
Translate approved business propositions into functional requirements and implementation plans.
Coordinate with payment processors, fintech partners, and internal teams for solution configuration, testing, integration, and launch.
Manage partner and customer onboarding activities and support post-launch stabilization and issue resolution.
Monitor product adoption, transaction usage, partner performance, and customer feedback.
Ensure digital payment initiatives align with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) requirements and support regulatory assessments.

Qualifications and Experience

5-10 years of experience in SME banking, fintech partnerships, digital payments, and commercial solution implementation.
Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market.
Proven ability to convert partnership opportunities into approved business cases and executable plans.
Experience coordinating partner due diligence, contracting, implementation, and product launches.
Demonstrated success in driving partner onboarding, product adoption, and post-launch performance.
Ability to maintain strong partner relationships and effective service governance.
