About the Role

Ethos Interactive is seeking a Social Media Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves developing and executing social media strategies for clients, working collaboratively with a creative team to produce engaging content and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for clients.
• Define and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor social content plans and calendars.
• Plan and execute creative photoshoot and short video concepts in collaboration with editors.
• Participate in campaign ideation, execution, and performance analysis across social platforms.
• Stay informed about the latest best practices and trends in social media.
• Utilize social media management tools such as Amplify, Talkwalker, and others.
• Collaborate with customer service, social media, and creative teams to ensure innovative and engaging content.
• Monitor user engagement and propose content improvements.
• Oversee the hiring and training of new social media team members.
• Provide constructive feedback on social media plans and campaigns.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to create engaging and unique content.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical skills for performance measurement and enhancement.

Experience Level

The role requires 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in social media management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working within a creative team environment focused on client success.
