About the Solution Architecture Role

Robert Walters is seeking a Saudi National professional for a full-time Solution Architecture position in Riyadh. This role is integral to supporting the design and governance of technology solutions across a leading financial services organization's digital platforms and enterprise systems. The position requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant architecture or engineering field.

Role Overview and Purpose

The Solution Architecture role is responsible for overseeing the design and governance of technology solutions. The primary objective is to ensure that all implemented solutions are scalable, secure, compliant with regulations, and aligned with the organization's enterprise architecture standards and its digital strategy. This ensures robust and forward-thinking technology implementations within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and review of solution architectures for banking applications, integrations, cloud services, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with business, development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor teams to define effective technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, cybersecurity requirements, and operational needs.
• Assist in defining application integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and cloud architecture components.
• Support architecture governance activities, including architecture reviews and technical assessments.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Central Bank technology and cybersecurity requirements.
• Participate in technology transformation and modernization initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, or Software Engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, APIs, cloud technologies, and integration architectures.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires the candidate to be a Saudi National.
