AvePoint is seeking a Solution Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on the pre-sales phase, where the Solution Engineer acts as the technical lead throughout the sales cycle. The position involves close collaboration with Account Managers to support new business and growth opportunities within the region.

Role Overview

The Solution Engineer adopts a consultative approach, guiding customers to understand how AvePoint solutions can effectively address their technical and business requirements. This position requires a blend of strong technical expertise, direct customer engagement, and commercial awareness. It offers an opportunity for professionals to advance their career in pre-sales within a technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to customer use cases, both remotely and in person.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and present solution overviews and deep dives.
• Support customers through evaluation, proof-of-concept, and decision-making stages.
• Build and configure demo and proof-of-concept environments.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses, articulating business value and technical capability.
• Partner with Sales to understand customer objectives and position solutions effectively.
• Build strong relationships with key business and technical stakeholders.
• Support partner and marketing activities including events, webinars, and workshops.
• Provide feedback to product and technical teams on market trends and customer requirements.
• Take ownership of the technical aspects of deals through to close.

Candidate Profile

• Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
• Commercial mindset with an interest in sales and customer outcomes.

Required Experience and Work Type

Candidates for this full-time Solution Engineer position should possess 5-10 years of relevant professional experience. The role requires a proven background in technical pre-sales or a similar customer-facing technical role.
