The Role of Solutions Engineer

Hamsa is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves demonstrating Hamsa's Arabic voice AI technology to customers through demos and proofs of concept (POCs). The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for designing and delivering production-like demos and pilots that validate accuracy, latency, and integration at scale. This position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute production-ready demos of Hamsa's ASR, TTS, and voice agents for various enterprise use cases, including call automation, website/app voice enablement, HR operations, banking, insurance, media, and government services.
• Manage enterprise POCs from end-to-end, including defining scope and success criteria (*, WER, latency, concurrency, compliance), deploying solutions in customer environments, and delivering measurable results.
• Integrate Hamsa's solutions with enterprise systems such as CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot) and SaaS tools using no/low-code automation platforms like n8n, Make, Zapier, and APIs.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear business impact stories, highlighting KPIs such as accuracy, cost savings, and service speed.
• Collaborate with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams by supporting RFPs, customizing demos for client needs, and creating reusable assets to streamline deal cycles.
• Develop and maintain demo libraries, integration templates, and training guides to enable GTM teams.
• Serve as the technical liaison between customers, sales, and product teams to ensure solutions are credible, compliant, and impactful.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical pre-sales or solutions role within enterprise software, SaaS, AI, or telecom.
• Practical experience with no/low-code automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, webhooks).
• Ability to articulate business value with clear metrics (*, accuracy, cost reduction, service efficiency).
• Demonstrated customer-facing skills, including engaging enterprise stakeholders, conducting discovery, presenting demos, and explaining technical concepts clearly.
• Strong independence and ownership, capable of managing POCs end-to-end with minimal engineering support.
• Exposure to AI/LLM workflows, RAG, or voice agent orchestration.
• Knowledge of call center platforms (Twilio, SIP, Freshworks, Avaya, Genesys) is an advantage.
