About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Sous Chef to join its full-time Hotels team in Riyadh. This role involves leading daily kitchen operations and contributing to the delivery of memorable guest experiences.

Role Overview

The Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing culinary operations, ensuring high standards of food production and service. This position requires hands-on leadership and direct involvement in kitchen management, with a focus on either Outlets or Banquets, to maintain operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead culinary team operations, providing hands-on leadership and coaching to kitchen staff.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including creating and monitoring production lists, completing line checks, and expediting service periods.
• Develop and implement seasonal menus, promotional features, and daily specials to enhance menu offerings.
• Foster strong relationships between Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure seamless operations and cross-department collaboration.
• Provide administrative support, assisting with inventory management, ordering, and scheduling.
• Uphold compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring high standards for guest and team member wellbeing.
