About the Spa Attendant Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a dedicated Spa Attendant to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to ensuring a welcoming and pristine spa environment for all guests, contributing directly to their overall experience.

Role Purpose

The Spa Attendant plays a crucial role in upholding the standards of hospitality by maintaining a clean, relaxing, and well-managed spa facility. This position focuses on delivering memorable experiences through attentive service and efficient operational support, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, promptly responding to requests and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all spa areas, including locker rooms, treatment spaces, and equipment, in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor and restock spa supplies such as towels, refreshments, and other amenities as required.
• Observe spa activity and report any concerns to ensure a safe and relaxing environment for all users.
• Process guest payments accurately using the point-of-sale system, handling cash transactions, processing credit/debit cards, issuing change, and redeeming gift certificates.
• Provide general support to the spa team and perform additional duties as needed to enhance the overall guest experience.
