About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Spa Manager to oversee daily spa operations at Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley. This full-time position in Riyadh focuses on managing all aspects of the spa to ensure smooth performance and enhance guest satisfaction. The role is central to delivering memorable experiences and upholding the standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, managing guest service, product quality, inventory, systems, and departmental budgets to ensure smooth and effective performance.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by developing spa menus and implementing marketing and merchandising strategies to support growth and enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain spa facilities, ensuring all areas and equipment are well-maintained, clean, and in excellent working order.
• Enhance guest satisfaction by monitoring service trends, responding to feedback, and implementing improvements to elevate the overall spa experience.
• Inspire and develop the team through supervision, coaching, and mentoring; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, engage, and retain a high-performing team.
• Uphold regulatory standards, maintaining compliance with health, safety, and sanitation to ensure the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
