About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a highly organized and proactive Specialist Qiddiya Marketing & Communications to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to supporting the Head of Marketing by managing workflow and Project Management Office (PMO) activities within the department.

Role Overview and Purpose

The Specialist will be responsible for streamlining marketing operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the effective execution of marketing projects. The primary objective is to align all marketing initiatives with the overarching business objectives of Qiddiya Investment Company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize marketing workflow processes to improve efficiency and output quality.
• Coordinate and track progress of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Serve as a liaison between the Head of Marketing and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, and status reports to provide visibility to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and issues in marketing projects and escalate as necessary.
• Support resource allocation and budgeting for marketing initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and documentation for senior management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the marketing department.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar coordination role. A proven track record of managing complex workflows and coordinating diverse teams is essential.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires dedicated on-site presence to effectively manage marketing operations and foster direct collaboration with internal stakeholders.
