The Role: Specialist, Workplace Interior Design & Compliance

Qiddiya is seeking a Specialist, Workplace Interior Design & Compliance to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is integral to ensuring that Qiddiya's workplace environments consistently meet high standards of design, functionality, and adherence to relevant regulations and company policies. The successful candidate will apply their expertise in interior design, coupled with a strong understanding of compliance requirements, to all office projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design compliance and enhancement projects across all Qiddiya offices.
• Ensure existing offices are aligned with approved space plans and established workplace standards.
• Participate in the delivery process for all active office projects.
• Enforce standardized workplace design principles across all new developments.
• Address and resolve inconsistencies in design across the rapidly expanding portfolio of properties.
• Implement strategies to mitigate rework and prevent cost escalation on new office projects.

Required Experience and Expertise

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant professional experience. Essential qualifications include a strong background in interior design and a comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements related to workplace environments. This combination of design proficiency and regulatory knowledge is crucial for success in this position.
