About the Interior Designer Supervisor Role

Ahmed Abdullah Al Essa is seeking an Interior Designer Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and offers a salary range of SAR 7,500 - SAR 11,250. The role involves leading a design team and managing projects from conceptualization through to execution, ensuring alignment with client visions and company standards.

Role Context and Objectives

As an Interior Designer Supervisor, you will oversee a team of designers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality project outputs. This role is central to project management, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams, including architects and project managers, to deliver innovative design solutions. You will contribute to shaping inspiring spaces and influencing the design direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of interior designers, offering guidance and support throughout the design process to ensure high-quality outputs and adherence to project timelines.
• Develop comprehensive design concepts that align with client objectives, utilizing software tools such as AutoCAD and SketchUp for detailed presentations and visualizations.
• Conduct regular project meetings with clients to gather feedback and implement necessary design adjustments, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines and maintain project budgets.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design feasibility and the integration of technical aspects into the overall project plan.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative design elements and sustainable practices into projects.
• Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering continuous learning and professional development within the team.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, clearly articulating design concepts and the rationale behind design choices.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and furnishings, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Required Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in interior design, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficiency in design software tools, including AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Proven ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from conceptualization to execution.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client interactions and team leadership.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior designers.
• Knowledge of current industry trends, best practices, and sustainable design principles.
