About the Role

Alfanar Projects is seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on developing high-quality graphic materials for product advertisements and promotional needs, supporting marketing and sales efforts through both printed and digital media. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in graphic design.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative design ideas for product advertisements and promotional materials.
Ensure all designs reflect and communicate brand and product identity through layout, composition, styling, and coloring for print and digital media.
Create graphics and marketing content for brand and product promotion.
Archive and manage product visual databases, including color corrections, for business use.
Stay updated on industry trends and subject knowledge through continuous research.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

Supervise and lead the graphic design team.
Ensure brand aesthetics are maintained across all deliverables.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop packaging solutions tailored to client needs.

Deliverables and Quality Assurance

Design cost-effective, attractive, and safe packaging for commercial products.
Create marketing and sales collateral from concept to final output.
Monitor marketing communications design schedules and provide progress reports.
Ensure all delivered products and services comply with company policies and standards.

Operational Accountabilities

Train and develop subordinates, fostering effective teamwork.
Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the team.
Delegate tasks fairly to maintain team morale and motivation.
Execute planned activities to meet operational and development targets within schedules and budget.
Prepare periodic reports detailing task execution and deviations.
Resolve operational problems and escalate complex issues as needed.
Contribute to business process improvements, including seeking automation opportunities.
Ensure compliance with relevant company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
