Role Overview

Lenovo is seeking a Sr. Operation Program Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves defining and managing key performance indicator (KPI) systems, conducting performance reviews, and leading improvement projects to optimize operational efficiency and cost management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Key Performance Indicator (KPI) costs.
• Define the overall KPI system for SASC and establish performance targets for all departments.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, data analysis, and track improvement initiatives.
• Lead projects focused on Manufacturing Value Added (MVA), cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
• Monitor budget execution, control costs, and optimize operational expenditures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.

This position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
