The Staffing Manager Role

Noon Academy is seeking a Staffing Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role supports the staffing and operational readiness of Noon’s school staff, ensuring schools are consistently staffed with strong teams that enable student engagement and success. The role encompasses continuous workforce planning, staffing deployment, onboarding, staff readiness, and ongoing staff support for school personnel, including supervisors, school leads, and school managers.

Workforce Planning and Deployment

The Staffing Manager is responsible for key activities related to workforce planning and staff deployment, which include:

Supporting workforce planning and staffing allocation across schools and programs.
Managing the deployment of supervisors, school leads, and school managers to ensure schools are consistently staffed to support strong student outcomes.
Forecasting staffing needs based on school demand, student volumes, and expansion plans.
Optimizing staffing allocation and scheduling to reduce operational gaps and last-minute escalations.
Partnering with School Operations and relevant teams to align staffing plans with operational requirements.

Staff Readiness and Development

Key responsibilities also extend to ensuring staff readiness and supporting their ongoing development, specifically:

Supporting hiring and onboarding to ensure schools are staffed and operationally ready.
Ensuring school staff are equipped with the tools, systems access, operational knowledge, and role clarity needed to succeed.
Identifying recurring staff challenges and supporting improvement initiatives that strengthen staff effectiveness and student experience.

Operational Impact and Collaboration

The Staffing Manager plays a critical role in ensuring school staff have the right structure, support, and operational environment to create strong student experiences. This involves working cross-functionally with all teams to align staffing operations effectively with student needs and overall school objectives.
