Role Summary

Al Tayer Insignia is seeking a Store Manager for Mamas & Papas in Riyadh. This full-time position requires an individual with 5-10 years of experience in retail management. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing store operations, driving sales, and ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation and adherence to all company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety standards.
• Minimize stock loss through effective management and adherence to ATG policies and procedures.
• Analyze stock management information to maximize sales opportunities and provide feedback to Buying/Planning teams.
• Prepare and analyze reports to understand performance trends, identify commercial opportunities, and make recommendations.
• Recommend, manage, and support sales promotions and brand activities through effective planning.
• Drive sales, monitor performance, and identify commercial opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Cultivate a culture of excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Prepare and implement stock takes in coordination with the Operations team.
• Monitor sales per square foot to ensure maximum productivity within brand and store specifications.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activity, providing feedback and recommendations to the company.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with key business partners.
• Understand customer profiles and provide feedback to Marketing, Buying, and Planning teams.
• Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are maintained according to brand guidelines, and uphold company standards for maintenance and cleanliness.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members to achieve goals and objectives.
• Coach and motivate the team to enhance performance and support continuous development for higher-level roles.

Experience and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in store management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage store operations and drive sales performance.
• Experience in leading and developing a retail team.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a diverse and customer-focused team environment.
