Role Overview

APM Monaco is seeking a Store Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves engaging clients with service and fostering strong relationships to support the APM brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store-in-Charge in sales and operation management.
• Conduct KPI analysis.
• Manage rostering.
• Oversee visual merchandising efforts.
• Manage CRM activities.
• Contribute to team management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in luxury retail or fashion retail.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position.
• Demonstrated track record of sales performance and CRM.
• Customer-service oriented with an approachable personality.
