About the Role

The Storekeeper, Parts Warehouse at CEER in Riyadh is a full-time position responsible for the efficient management of spare parts and accessories. This role involves receiving, storing, picking, and issuing parts within the CEER parts warehouse. The primary objective is to ensure timely parts availability for aftersales operations by maintaining accurate stock records and a safe, organized storage environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming parts shipments, verifying quantities and condition against purchase orders or delivery notes, and report any discrepancies or damage to the Parts Operations Assistant Manager.
• Bin and store parts in designated warehouse locations in adherence to CEER Warehouse & storage SOPs.
• Label and tag stock items using standard identification methods to ensure full traceability.
• Pick parts accurately against sales orders, repair orders, and internal requisitions within specified service-level timeframes.
• Pack and prepare parts for dispatch to service centers, dealers, or customers according to CEER packaging standards.
• Issue parts to counter and service sales teams, obtaining proper sign-off and documentation for each transaction.

Inventory Accuracy and System Management

• Perform regular cycle counts and periodic physical stock takes, reconciling system records (SAP) against physical stock.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies to the Parts Operations Assistant Manager.
• Flag slow-moving, excess, or obsolete stock items for review and action.
• Record all stock movements, including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments, in SAP/WMS accurately and on time.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for goods receipt notes, delivery notes, and stock adjustment forms.

Warehouse Operations and Safety Standards

• Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (where certified), safely and in line with HSE procedures.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to 5S/housekeeping standards.
• Support periodic warehouse audits and compliance checks to ensure operational integrity.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or vocational/technical certificate. A diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain is preferred.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in warehouse operations, stock keeping, or parts logistics.
• Experience within an automotive Dealer/OEM parts environment is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and material handling equipment.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is integral to CEER's aftersales operations. The role requires a commitment to maintaining established warehouse and safety procedures to ensure an efficient and organized parts environment.
