The Role

Drovox is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager – Government, Public Sector & Mobility Ecosystem. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offering flexibility for some work-from-home. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with key government entities, public sector organizations, and broader mobility ecosystem partners. The objective is to enhance Drovox’s existing and future mobility offerings through these collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and strategy for new partnerships.
• Develop joint value propositions that align with Drovox’s strategic goals.
• Coordinate negotiations for partnership agreements.
• Oversee the implementation of collaboration agreements and pilot programs.
• Conduct stakeholder mapping to identify potential partners and key influencers.
• Manage accounts for established strategic partners.
• Review and analyze partnership performance against defined metrics.
• Ensure alignment with internal teams, including product, operations, legal, and finance.
• Monitor regulatory developments relevant to the mobility sector and public partnerships.
• Prepare comprehensive partnership reports and presentations for leadership.
• Ensure all partner initiatives consistently support Drovox’s long-term mobility strategy and uphold service quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience working with or within government, public sector, or regulated industries in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across various departments.
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A track record of operating effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position offers flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements, balancing in-office collaboration with remote work capabilities.
