The Role of Partnerships Manager

ICG is seeking a Partnerships Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding ICG’s strategic ecosystem of technology providers, consulting firms, systems integrators, solution providers, and business partners across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on converting strategic partnerships into qualified opportunities, joint solutions, co-selling initiatives, RFP/RFI participation, and long-term commercial value.

Partnership Strategy and Development

• Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with ICG’s growth objectives and service portfolio.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard strategic technology, consulting, implementation, and business partners.
• Build a strong partner ecosystem across Saudi Arabia and international markets.
• Develop partnership plans, objectives, engagement models, and joint value propositions.

Strategic Relationship and Commercial Management

• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organizations.
• Manage strategic partner accounts and ensure consistent executive engagement.
• Develop long-term relationships with technology providers, consulting firms, systems integrators, hyperscalers, and specialized solution providers.
• Identify opportunities for joint market development and strategic collaboration.
• Work closely with the CRO, sales organization, and business lines to identify joint opportunities.
• Develop co-selling and co-delivery opportunities with strategic partners.
• Support account teams in leveraging partner capabilities to strengthen client propositions.
• Create joint go-to-market initiatives and solution offerings.

RFP Collaboration and Program Oversight

• Coordinate with partners to support RFPs, RFIs, tenders, and complex bids.
• Identify suitable partners for specific opportunities and coordinate technical and commercial contributions.
• Manage partner inputs, documentation, solution alignment, pricing coordination, and submission requirements.
• Build repeatable partner-based bidding models.
• Develop partnership frameworks, commercial models, referral arrangements, reseller structures, and co-delivery models.
• Track partner performance, opportunities, pipeline contribution, and commercial outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to expand ICG’s portfolio through strategic partnerships.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
