Company Overview

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a Structural Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is for a professional with extensive experience in the fabrication, erection, and inspection of various structural works, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Role Purpose

The Structural Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the integrity of structural projects from initial fabrication through to final inspection. This position requires robust technical capabilities and strict adherence to organizational safety and quality protocols throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities and Project Scope

The primary responsibilities include the fabrication, erection, and inspection of a wide range of structural works, specifically:

• Pipe racks and technological structures.
• Modular structures, columns, trusses, and platforms, including circular platforms.
• Ladders, staircases, and handrails.
• Equipment platforms, pipe supports, and cable racks.
• Crane gantry girders, monorails, and equipment structures.
• Dressing up of columns / vessels.

Essential Technical Abilities

Candidates must demonstrate a very good ability in the following areas to effectively manage project requirements:

• Reading structural drawings and understanding material specifications.
• Preparation of material look-ahead schedules.
• Resource planning and utilization to ensure project efficiency.
• Ensuring optimum productivity while strictly maintaining organizational Safety and Quality standards.
• Managing client certification processes.
• Reconciliation of scope, measurements, and materials throughout project execution.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should possess more than five years of experience in the specified structural engineering domains. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical acumen with a steadfast commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all project aspects.
