About the Summer Associate Program

Bain & Company Saudi Arabia invites full-time MBA candidates to participate in a summer-long paid internship as a Summer Associate in our Riyadh office. This program offers an opportunity to gain direct experience in strategy consulting by working on real client projects. Participants will contribute to impactful work and develop core consulting skills within a supportive team environment.

Program Structure and Activities

The program begins with several days of training designed to build fundamental consulting skills, including business acumen and communication. Following this initial training, Summer Associates are assigned to a case team. Throughout the summer, participants will engage with colleagues in their office and connect with MBA peers from across various regions.

Key Experiences

Practice problem-solving skills through collaboration with case teams and experts to address complex client challenges.
Work as an integral part of a case team, receiving coaching and support from experienced consultants at all levels.

Program Outcome

Successful participants in the Summer Associate program will receive an offer to return as a full-time consultant in the office where they completed their internship. This transition to a full-time role will not require additional assessments or separate interviews.

Eligibility Requirements

Currently enrolled as a full-time MBA student.
Possess a designated summer/internship break in the summer prior to graduation.
The internship must take place during the summer of the penultimate year of the MBA program.
