alfanar, a diversified company headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, specializes in electrical, electromechanical, and civil engineering construction, manufacturing, and allied engineering services. We are seeking a Supervisor CCTV - Facility to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is crucial for overseeing the daily operation of CCTV monitoring activities, ensuring the proper functioning of surveillance and fire safety monitoring systems to maintain security, safety, and effective incident response within our facilities.

Monitoring and Control Room Operations

• Supervise daily CCTV monitoring activities to ensure continuous surveillance of assigned areas.
• Ensure cameras, recording systems, and monitoring equipment are functioning properly.
• Monitor system alerts and investigate unusual activities in accordance with security procedures.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve system faults or repeated technical issues.
• Ensure smooth operation of the Control Room and proper execution of monitoring procedures.
• Oversee shift handovers and verify that incidents and observations are properly communicated.
• Maintain accurate logs of incidents, alarms, and system activities.
• Ensure control room procedures and security protocols are consistently followed.

Team Leadership and Safety Oversight

• Supervise CCTV operators during shifts and ensure proper coverage of monitoring activities.
• Assign duties and support staff to maintain effective control room operations.
• Prepare and manage shift schedules to ensure continuous control room coverage.
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members to maintain professional performance.
• Ensure team members follow established monitoring and reporting procedures.
• Support recruitment activities by participating in interviews and providing input on candidate selection.
• Monitor fire alarm and life safety system alerts from the control room.
• Follow approved procedures when alarms or emergency alerts are activated.
• Coordinate with on-site response teams and emergency services when required.
• Ensure all fire and emergency events are properly recorded and reported.

System Maintenance and Security Compliance

• Report equipment faults and coordinate with technical teams for repairs or maintenance.
• Ensure routine testing and system checks are conducted as scheduled.
• Monitor storage capacity and system performance to ensure reliable operation.
• Support periodic testing of surveillance and safety systems.
• Ensure surveillance activities comply with security policies and procedures.
• Prepare incident reports and provide updates when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of surveillance information and security data.
• Support security audits and operational reviews when requested.

General Professional Accountabilities

• Train subordinates and form a team to ensure effective work, providing leadership, coaching, and direction.
• Delegate assignments and ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation.
• Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets, utilizing resources effectively.
• Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
• Resolve operational problems and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Ensure quality requirements are met and contribute to effective quality control processes.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities.
• Comply with relevant policies, procedures, work instructions, and safety, quality, and environmental management controls.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in CCTV supervision or facility security management.
