About the Role

PrimeGate for Communications and IT is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for overseeing field operations and ensuring seamless coordination between various project stakeholders. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in a relevant supervisory capacity, capable of managing field technicians and operational logistics effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication channels between field technicians, project managers, and other essential stakeholders.
• Manage the scheduling and routing of field technicians, ensuring optimal assignment to tasks and locations, including daily work schedule planning and adjustments.
• Handle emergency calls and respond promptly to any urgent situations that may occur in the field.
• Keep accurate track of equipment and resources, ensuring field technicians possess the necessary tools and materials for task completion.
• Maintain precise records of all communications, incidents, and activities, and prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for project management and compliance.
• Assist field technicians with technical issues, providing guidance and support to resolve problems efficiently.

Operational Oversight

This role involves direct oversight of daily field operations. The Supervisor will be instrumental in ensuring that field technicians are efficiently deployed and supported. This includes meticulous planning of daily work schedules, dynamic adjustments as operational needs evolve, and proactive management of unforeseen circumstances such as emergency calls, requiring prompt and effective resolution.

Stakeholder Coordination and Reporting

A critical aspect of this position is fostering strong communication links across all project stakeholders. The Supervisor will facilitate information exchange, ensuring clarity and alignment.
