Role Overview

sraco is seeking a highly competent Site Supervisor to join its dedicated team in Al Jubail. This full-time position is integral to the successful execution of maintenance operations. The primary responsibility involves overseeing daily maintenance activities at the site, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with established project specifications, company standards, and client requirements. The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining operational integrity and reliability within industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
• Coordinate effectively with maintenance planners, engineers, contractors, and client representatives.
• Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and permit-to-work (PTW) requirements.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure the timely completion of all maintenance tasks.
• Inspect work quality and verify adherence to applicable codes, standards, and operational procedures.
• Report daily work progress, identified issues, and resource requirements to management.
• Support preventive, corrective, and shutdown/turnaround maintenance activities.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure all personnel follow safe work practices.
• Identify maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions to enhance equipment reliability.

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in maintenance within the petrochemical, refinery, or oil & gas industries.

Work Setting

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Al Jubail. The role demands active supervision and engagement within dynamic industrial environments, requiring a proactive approach to managing maintenance activities and ensuring continuous operational efficiency. The Site Supervisor will be a key member of the on-site team, contributing directly to project success.

Compensation

A competitive salary package is offered for this role, ranging from SAR 7,500 to SAR 11,250, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
