About the System Migration Manager Role

ALSTOM Transmission & Distribution is seeking a full-time, onsite System Migration Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Role Overview and Responsibilities

The System Migration Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating system engineering studies for migration projects. This involves leading both On-Shore and Off-Shore teams, interfacing with clients and partners, and defining the technical aspects of transport system migration. The position requires close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

• Coordinate and execute system engineering studies for the migration phase.
• Lead On-Shore and Off-Shore engineering teams to meet project objectives.
• Serve as the primary onsite interface with the Client, partners, sub-systems, and third parties concerning transport system migration.
• Define and manage technical requirements for the migration phase.
• Support risk analysis and the development of mitigation strategies for system migration.
• Drive stakeholder alignment to ensure smooth system integration.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards during migration.
• Monitor project progress to adhere to deadlines and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong foundation in system engineering and migration processes. The position requires the ability to manage complex projects and work effectively within diverse teams.

• Degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience or understanding of system migration processes, preferably in transportation or similar industries.
