About the Role

Jobskey is seeking a Technical Team Manager to lead a multidisciplinary technical team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and involves providing centralized technical support to projects, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the multidisciplinary Technical Team (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural) to provide centralized technical support to the project.
Review and approve design deliverables, shop drawings, and technical submittals before issuance to site teams.
Ensure technical compliance with the Saudi Building Code, international standards, and the project's technical and design requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, designers, contractors, and client representatives to resolve technical and design queries.
Oversee BIM coordination and clash detection across all disciplines to ensure constructability before construction proceeds.
Evaluate and approve value engineering proposals and alternative technical solutions.
Provide technical mentorship and escalation support to site engineering teams on complex issues.
Monitor emerging technical risks across the project and report status, issues, and recommendations.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in technical team management within a project environment. A strong understanding of engineering disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural) is essential.

Required Skills

Proficiency in reviewing and approving design deliverables and technical submittals.
Knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and international technical standards.
Strong coordination and communication skills for engaging with multiple stakeholders.
Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection.
Ability to evaluate value engineering proposals and alternative technical solutions.
Mentorship and problem-solving capabilities for complex technical issues.
