About the Role

APT Advanced Power Technology Contracting is seeking a Tendering Manager to oversee the complete tendering process. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, requires a professional to ensure the delivery of competitive, accurate, and profitable technical and commercial proposals for construction and MEP projects.

Core Responsibilities

The Tendering Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of tender activities. Key duties include:

• Reviewing tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Leading the preparation of both technical and commercial bids.
• Coordinating effectively with engineering, procurement, finance, and project teams.
• Developing pricing strategies and detailed bid execution plans.
• Conducting thorough risk assessments and profitability analyses.
• Reviewing estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and cost breakdowns.
• Attending pre-bid meetings and managing client clarifications.
• Ensuring all bid submissions are timely and compliant with requirements.
• Maintaining tender databases and generating bid performance reports.
• Providing support during contract negotiations following project award.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in construction and contracting companies.
• Extensive experience specifically in tendering and bid management is essential.
